Who’s this girl ?

This picture was taken last May 10, 2009 at Sapian town plaza during the TALAHONG FESTIVAL. What can you say about this picture… any comment…? If would you ask me i think the girl on picture got a nice shot…! Hehehe, dont contradict plzzzzz… its my business. I have my reason why i choose this picture to post in my blog, wanna know why..? coz i have no choice and I’m running out of time, but my best reason is that who ever can visit and read my post can get some information about the this girl. I can describe her as simple, approchable, loving and caring person…but the best describe for her is a girl who will not give up everything especially in any problems that she may encountered…It is funny because when it comes in Math problems she can easily give and i dont think she hate this subject but maybe she dont like it so…In related to this math subject, their are some people who don’t like her and i dont know whats the reason from it, but one thing for sure, she is a simple girl who is easy to mingle with and always there for you in time you need !

Balete drive: Known as home of ghost!!!

Balete Drive ghost stories have been around allegedly since the 1950s. The most popular is a “white lady” that haunts the long avenue and seems to target cab drivers in particular but not exclusively. The hair-raising accounts went through the years, many claiming to have personally seen this mysterious lady. This has somewhat become part of Philippine folklore unofficially. Other ghost tales of Balete Drive include spirit kingdoms, spirit creatures, and haunted houses.

Balete trees in Philippine folklore are said to be mysterious. They’re often a haunting place for evil spirits. Another version says they conceal mythical kingdoms unseen to the naked eye. Thus, Balete Drive is said to be a haunting spot for other spirit creatures like Philippine elves “dwende”, smoking giants “kapre, other monsters “maligno”, and fairies “diwata”.

    * Drink plenty of fluids. Choose water, low-fat or nonfat milk and low calorie or diet beverages.
    * Serve a variety of foods.

    * Write down what you eat: how much, when and why. For example, what do you eat when you’re            stressed out?
    * Record your physical activity: how long, how often and how hard do you work out?
    * Eat only at the kitchen table. Don’t drive, watch television or talk on the phone while you eat. This            helps you focus on how much you are eating, which can prevent overeating.
    * Put out your exercise clothes the night before as a reminder to walk or work out in the morning.
    * Set goals you can achieve. For example, aim for eating more vegetables and fewer high-calorie            foods.
    * Don’t “up size” your favorite drink — 32 oz. of regular soda has up to 400 calories! Choose a diet        drink instead.
    * Eat only until you’re not hungry and push the plate away. Don’t stuff yourself.
    * Eat only because you’re hungry, not because you’re bored, tired or stressed. Use alternatives to            eating when you’re not hungry: take a walk, play a game, read a book or call a friend.
    * Do your grocery shopping on a full stomach. This will help you make healthier food choices, rather        than grabbing over-processed high-calorie foods, which can be hard to resist when your stomach        is empty.

Dumped records rains on saturday causing heavy floods and killing hundred of people in the Metropolis and neighboring provinces. Many people especialloy children brought from evacuation centers complaining of diarrhea, raising the specter of water-borne infections. Its a nice feeling to write and post my comment. this is for the person who is very will-known for bleuken as his code name on his site w/c brought to become the seo Champion. and for everybody who can give time to read this, I think you already know if who am I refering of, I’m refering to Sir Felix. As a part of this I want to share my comment on his site, its so simple but it contain more information w/c is very useful to us as his students on how to create, improve and maintain the visibility of our blog, eventhough his not here to teach us it is okey because as far as i know he left CAPIZ for some important matter. Hope as he go back he can share his knowledge to us so that we can use and apply it too ….
